The Automatic Vertical Chartmount System CH-AVDO is an automatic test system which aims to realize the program control switching of pieces of test charts in the camera image quality test. 10 or 15 pcs separate charts in size of 1600x1000x3.5mm can be switched and moved automatically back and forth on the chartmount. With its automatical operation system, the CH-AVDO series chartmount can realize to minimize the impact of manual operation, improve the consistency of test charts positioning, and ensure the accuracy and consistency in the camera objective test. 

▋ Key components

• Equipment bracket - the main frame of the equipment, with fixed chart slots, movable and lifting mechanisms;

• Movable mechanism - realizes the front and rear movement of the chart, and can adjust the chart to the test position;

• Lifting mechanism - completes the switching of the chart and can adjust the center height of the chart in the test position;

• Chart fixing fixture - fixes the chart and chart backplate;

• Chart backplate - fixes the chart and ensures the flatness of the chart;

• Position detection sensor - detects the position of the chart;

• Touch control screen.

▋ Optional control methods

1) Switching charts through the touch screen control on the device;

2) Control the switching charts through the graphical interface software on the computer; 

3) Control the switching charts through the API for secondary development code.
