Yanding's industry-leading automotive camera Active Alignment(AA) equipment meets the full spectrum of demands, from traditional systems to advanced ADAS/FSD applications. Featuring a patented optical architecture, it supports camera modules with FOV ranging from 30° to 220°. Equipped with a precision six-axis system and a "flying vision" AA algorithm, it enables efficient and accurate alignment. With in-house core technologies and comprehensive process capabilites, the system delivers outstanding performance, archieving over 240 UPH(Units Per Hour) and a yield rate exceeding 99%.
With nearly two decades of dedicated expertise in image testing, Yanding possesses profound knowledge and extensive experience. Our laboratory testing solutions are equipped with advanced instruments, test charts, and analysis software, fully complying with industry standards for mobile, automotive, medical, and security applications, ensuring highly accurate and stable measurement results.
The Black Mura standard, established by the German Automotive Display Association (with members including BMW, Audi, etc.), is used to evaluate display uniformity. Radiant TrueTest software, combined with ProMetric® equipment, efficiently executes tests and supports automated analysis to identify various Mura defects (such as edge/spot Mura). Integrated with JND algorithms and gradient filtering, it ensures production-level accuracy. The solution provides fully automated test sequence packages to streamline quality control processes.
Building upon traditional manual testing methods, Yanding has developed automated testing solutions that enable automated chart switching, module position adjustment, and precise light source control. The system automatically performs image capture and data analysis, seamlessly integrating with our self-developed YD-LIMS software to establish a comprehensive automated laboratory testing system, significantly enhancing testing efficiency and accuracy.
Yanding Technology specializes in smart cockpit visual technologies and has introduced an industry-leading HUD image quality testing system that comprehensively covers optical performance validation. The system is equipped with advanced testing equipment and automated software, enabling precise measurement of virtual image distance, downward viewing angle, brightness, contrast, and other parameters in compliance with national standards. This ensures accurate and authoritative results, providing a thorough evaluation of HUD image quality performance.
Yanding Technology continues to deepen its expertise in autonomous driving perception and has meticulously developed a comprehensive LiDAR testing system that complies with national standards. The system integrates five core modules — chart switching, target movement, LiDAR alignment, automated control, and point cloud algorithms — enabling end-to-end automated operations from hardware control to data analysis.
