The hardware features an adiustable test platform with 25°-70° automatic windshield rotation to simulate various vehicle glasstilt angles, along with a three-axis optical machine adjustment system for precise positioning (vertical, horizontal, depth, and pitch). Compatible instruments include high-precision binocular cameras and Konica Minolta imaging luminance meters. The self-developed RIQA analysis software enables automated multi-item testing professional reporting, data visualization, and comparative analysis. The system evaluates critical HUD imaging metrics such as ghosting, distortion, brightness uniformity, and virtual image position/size. lt is suitable for HUD R&D labs, production quality control, third-party certification, and automotive OEMs. Compliant with ISO 9001 standards, the system includes a 12-month warranty and lifetime technical support lfree installation, training maintenance,and software upgrades)
