Yanding Launches Leading In-Vehicle Camera Active Alignment (AA) Equipment, meeting full-scenario requirements for both traditional in-vehicle cameras and ADAS/FSD systems. The equipment adopts a patented optical architecture, compatible with in-vehicle camera modules ranging from 30° to 220° FOV, and is equipped with a DD motor four-station structure to achieve high-speed parallel and vibration-free operation. It comes standard with upper and lower precision six-axis systems, supporting both Sensor AA and Lens AA modes, as well as OC centering and COD centering methods. Featuring the industry-first "flying shot" mode AA algorithm, scanning and alignment efficiency is doubled. It is also equipped with a circular target SFR algorithm compliant with S/T true value calculation, ensuring testing accuracy. With independently mastered core technologies—including the MIG series high-speed acquisition cards, high-precision collimators, and self-developed chart and lighting systems—it guarantees continuous innovation for high-performance camera products. The equipment integrates plasma surface treatment, sensor testing, screw valve dispensing with glue shape AOI inspection, AA + UV pre-curing, and other functions, achieving UPH 240+ and a production yield rate of 99%+. This empowers the in-vehicle imaging industry to reach new heights of precision and production efficiency.
