The RT-GCS-F4 Automated Programmable Intrinsic Calibration System is a high-integration solution designed for production line automation calibration needs, combining high-speed image acquisition, precise motion control, and efficient image analysis in one unit. Equipped with motion control software developed for rapid production testing, together with the RIQA image calibration analysis software, it enables automatic image capture, acquisition control, and high-precision intrinsic parameter calibration.
The system features four high-performance MIG-S2 frame grabber supporting multi-camera synchronous illumination and data transmission. Combined with a high-brightness stable light source and a high-flatness glass chessboard target, it ensures stable and consistent acquisition with accurate and efficient calibration results. It supports multiple camera types with strong compatibility, covering a 25°~210° FOV range. Proven in numerous automotive module production lines, it is the ideal choice for efficient, precise, and automated intrinsic calibration.
