The RT-AA-V3 Active Alignment (AA) System is Yanding’s latest flagship solution designed to meet the mass production and testing requirements of traditional automotive cameras as well as ADAS/FSD vision systems. Featuring a patented optical architecture, it supports DFOV30°~220° automotive camera modules and is equipped with a four-station DD motor system for ultra-fast, vibration-free parallel operation.
The system comes standard with dual-direction six-axis precision alignment, compatible with both Sensor AA and Lens AA modes, and supports OC and COD alignment. Yanding’s industry-first “Moving Capture” algorithm doubles scanning and alignment efficiency. The self-developed circular target SFR algorithm supports S/T true value calculation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Core technologies are fully in-house, including MIG-series high-speed image acquisition cards, high-precision collimators, self-developed high-resolution test charts, and programmable light sources. The RT-AA-V3 integrates plasma surface treatment, sensor testing, precision screw-valve dispensing, glue-shape AOI, and UV pre-curing, achieving UPH≥240 and yield≥99%+, empowering the automotive imaging industry with new standards in precision and efficiency.
