The RT-GCS is a semi-automatic camera intrinsic calibration testing system designed for laboratory use. It provides precise calibration of camera distortion characteristics, essential for applications like autonomous driving assistance systems (ADAS).
Through programmable control of a six-axis precision motion mechanism and supplementary lighting, the system captures chart images from various angles and positions for analysis using RIQA software, yielding accurate internal parameter calibration data. The system's overall structure features an anodized aluminum build, with the glass chart positioned centrally and forward-facing, while six motors independently control the camera's X, Y, Z movement, and Yaw, Roll, Pitch angles, allowing for capturing images from multiple positions. Additionally, the system includes two adjustable light sources for manual adjustment of distance and illumination angle, making it suitable for geometric calibration (internal parameter and distortion calculation) of monocular, binocular, and multiocular cameras, as well as ADAS narrow-angle and wide-angle camera internal parameter calibration.
Additionally, Yanding offers a fully automated camera intrinsic parameter calibration testing system, the GCS-F4, tailored for production line testing environments. For more information, please contact sales@rdbuy.com.
