I. Interpretation and Applicability Scope of the GB/T 45500 Standard

The GB/T 45500 standard is China's first national-level technical specification for the performance testing of automotive LiDAR. It systematically defines performance metrics and test methods for LiDAR in areas such as ranging, field of view, angular characteristics, and reflectivity. This standard aims to unify industry testing benchmarks and enhance the reliability, safety, and consistency of LiDAR products.
