The Automated Robotic Arm Rail Motion System is designed for camera image quality testing, enabling efficient and precise movement and positioning at different distances. Through programmable software control, the rail and robotic arm allow fine adjustments of camera shooting distance and angle, supporting multi-position testing requirements. Mounted on the rail, the robotic arm achieves six-axis adjustment to ensure the camera is always aligned with the center of the test chart. The system includes a rail, slider, base support, and chassis, and can be equipped with an automatic chart-switching holder. The rail has a total length of approximately 5660mm with an effective travel of 5m. To meet diverse customer requirements, both the travel range and load capacity can be customized.
