The Automatic Rail System TR-ADOB is designed to support the UR5 medium-sized robotic arm, enhancing efficiency and flexibility in various applications. The system operates on a dual-rail(monorail is available) configuration, ensuring smooth and precise movement. The total length of the rail is 5660mm(support customization), with an effective travel distance of 5 meters. For transportation convenience, the rail is designed to be jointed at both ends.
The automated rail system is controlled by computer software, enabling various functionalities. It features automatic adjustment of the camera's shooting distance, catering to the diverse photography requirements of smartphones in different positions. The rail is primarily made of aluminum alloy, ensuring smooth operation, minimal noise, and the ability to control and adjust operating speed, acceleration, and other parameters through computer software.
The rail system consists of slide rails, sliders, a bottom bracket, and a control cabinet. It incorporates a chart mount system for automatic switching and synchronous belt-driven motion. The system supports API interface control and provides open communication interfaces for seamless integration.
The robotic arm is mounted on the rail, allowing for six-axis adjustment of smartphones to ensure accurate alignment with the chart. The robotic arm features six degrees of freedom, with each joint capable of rotating 360 degrees, reducing singularities and expanding coverage. It has an effective working radius of 850mm, a maximum payload of 5kg, and weighs 18.4kg. It ensures precise alignment of smartphones with the chart. The phone fixture supports one smartphone and one DSLR camera and is mounted on the robotic arm.
