Product Details

TOF stands for Time of Flight. It is a distance measurement method that utilizes the time difference between the emitted and reflected waves to measure the distance to an object. TOF distance image sensors, using light sources such as infrared, can measure the distance of each pixel and record depth information to reconstruct the three-dimensional structure of the target.

The Yanding TOF Testing System is an advanced automation lab system that comprises the Automatic Horizontal Chartmount System and Automated Moving Rail. It is specifically designed for testing TOF sensors and cameras, offering automation of charts switching and DUT camera movement. It provides multiple-dimensional testing capabilities, including automated distance measurement, depth information detection, reflectivity inspection, and multi-distance testing.

The TOF Automated Testing System offers precise control over shooting distance and position, along with automated charts switching and versatile testing capabilities. Its design ensures efficient and accurate testing for TOF sensors and cameras in various applications.

  • Depth Detection: 3D depth test chart, 12 depth blocks, 2mm per block, covering 8-30mm.

  • Reflectivity Charts: CP-TOF05-R4X~CP-TOF90-R4X, 940nm, reflectivity 5%-90%.

  • Sharpness Reflectivity: CP-TOF101-R2X, 5° angle, 300x600mm.

  • Distortion: CP-TOF102-R4X, 1500x1000mm, test sharpness and reflectivity.

  • Clarity: CP-TOF103-R2X, 1000x800mm, spacing 3-25mm.

  • Depth: 3D checkerboard CP-TOF104-R4X, 1000x1200mm, height 10-70mm.
