The IS-COT Overexposure Testing System is specifically designed to meet UNR46 regulatory requirements for CMS V/VI class mirrors. By projecting high-intensity parallel light onto the camera, it evaluates the overexposure performance of V/VI class CMS under strong illumination. The system projects light through a black-and-white checkerboard chart at a 10° incidence angle from the rear of the chart, enabling rapid black/white inversion on the captured image. It supports RIQA analysis software for one-click automated data analysis and report generation, ensuring efficient and accurate testing.
